As a second year interior design student at Washington State University my design philosophy is to learn as much as I possibly can from my professors and from my classmates. I believe the best way for my self to learn is to learn from practice, experience, and learning from others. I hope to improve with every project I am assigned and to learn from each mistake to help me become a great designer. As a new member in the program one of the ways I believe I can help myself succeed is to become involved and support others, not just myself. The hardest part of this year will be to stay motivated, although I must remember why design is so important to me.
